WARD Briggs

Born and raised in the northern Maine farming community of Caribou, Maine. The picture to the right is of me in my first year (1951) on the farm house porch of my maternal grandparents, Herman Andrew and Susan Bassett Ward in Limestone, Maine.

Moved to the Denver area in 1978 from Maine and have been here ever since - until now.  After living in the Denver metro area for 33 years, I have moved to Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand County, Colorado. Hot Sulphur Springs is one of my favorite places AND the coolest small town on the planet.

My career background is in customer service, property management, IT management and project management. My first job was picking potatoes in northern Maine and my last full time job was Senior Property Manager for the Stapleton Development Corp. in Denver. I’m also a salesman at heart.

In 2007, I had two life-changing significant events occur around my attitudes about money.  One was reading Joe Vitale’s ebook GreatestMoneyMakingSecret.pdf and the other was attending T. Harv Eker’s Millionaire Mind 3-Day Intensive seminar in Denver.  The ebook taught me about giving and the seminar propelled me forward into a whole new belief system about money, finances and having what I want. Eker’s book Secrets of The Millionaire Mind is also highly recommended.

Another great gift that came to me in January 2009 is The Prosperity Prayer.pdf written by Rev. Will Bowen that begins with the lines, “I am the source of all wealth.  I am rich with creative ideas.  My mind abounds with new, original, inspired thoughts.  What I have to offer is unique, and the world desires it.”

The picture at the top of this page is me presumably holding up the ancient columns of Pompeii, Italy while on an eastern Mediterranean cruise in September, 2009.
